Full deck build around a mature tree — framed from scratch, decked in redwood, and finished with multi-level platforms and built-in step lighting. The homeowner wanted to keep the tree as a centerpiece, so we framed around it and let it become the focal point of the finished deck.
The original door was badly weathered — peeling, water-damaged at the base, and well past its useful life. We pulled it out, installed a new steel entry door with a 9-lite glass panel, and finished it in a bold matte black to complement the stucco exterior. Clean, secure, and a major curb appeal upgrade.
These ornate double doors with leaded glass panels had good bones but were showing their age. We stripped and prepped the surface, then refinished them in a deep matte black — same doors, completely transformed. A dramatic curb appeal upgrade without the cost of full replacement.
This backyard playset had years of weathering, graying wood, and faded stain. We pressure washed the entire structure to strip the old finish and surface grime, then applied a fresh coat of premium wood stain throughout. The result speaks for itself — looks brand new and protected for years to come.
This kitchen ceiling had decades-old popcorn texture, water damage patches, and an open electrical box that needed addressing. We stripped the entire ceiling, repaired all damaged drywall, skim-coated for a smooth finish, and painted it out clean. New recessed lighting was installed throughout — the difference is night and day.
These stairs were stripped down to bare wood, sanded clean, and completely refinished. New LVP risers were installed for a modern two-tone look, and the treads were stained in a warm natural oak. The handrail was updated to match. From rough and worn to sharp and clean — a complete transformation that ties the whole interior together.
These deck stairs were rotted out at the base, structurally unsafe, and well past their lifespan. We demoed the old staircase completely and built a new one from scratch — fresh pressure-treated lumber, solid stringers, new railings, and proper footings. Safe, solid, and built to last.
